This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to initiate appropriate action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the complaint dated 02.08.2023 lodged before the 1st respondent herein within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint that was given by the petitioner was forwarded to the District Crime Branch, Tenkasi, on the point of jurisdiction. Now it is pending before them.

3.Let the above said enquiry be completed by the second respondent herein within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
