JUDGMENT

2.The appellant herein had filed W.P.(MD)No.9272 of 2024 assailing the appointment of one Aruna as Assistant Programmer. The writ petition came to be dismissed on 16.04.2024. Challenging the same, this writ appeal has been filed.

3.The learned counsel for the appellant states that the issue is yet to attain finality. He also realizes that the writ petition should not have 2/6

been filed without making the said Aruna as a party respondent. He seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition itself. 4.Leave granted. W.P.(MD)No.9272 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn. As a result, the order dated 16.04.2024 is also set aside. The appellant can re-agitate the issue, if so advised in future. 5.This writ appeal is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
