ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 417,465,468 and 471 of IPC in Crime No.191 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner joined as a Second Grade teacher in Rajendra Nagar Panchayat Union Primary School in the year 1999 and still serving in the said school. The defacto complainant who is the District Education Officer alleged that the petitioner joined in the school by producing fake HSC education certificate hence the case.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against her. Hence he seeks anticipatory to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that petitioner joined as a Second Grade teacher in Rajendra Nagar Panchayat Union Primary School by producing fake HSC education certificate 2/3

hence he objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into consideration the gravity of offence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
