ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This is the third bail application filed before this Court. The two earlier bail petitions were dismissed by this Court on the ground that the twin conditions under Section 37 of NDPS Act was not satisfied.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case is now at the stage of examination of the investigation officer and that the case is at the fag end of the trial. 3.Taking into consideration the earlier orders passed by this Court and finding that there are no change in circumstances and also taking into consideration the fact that the trial is at the fag end, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.There shall be a direction to the II Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai to dispose of the case in C.C.No.481 of 2022, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This criminal original petition is dismissed with the above direction. sd/- 16/12/2024 / TRUE COPY / /01/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
