O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner namely Nallamalai, S/o.Sonaimuthu Thevar in History Sheet No.4 of 2019 on the file on the 3rd respondent herein, and consequently direct the respondents to pay compensation for the mental agony and humiliation under went by the petitioner and his family members due to the above said History Sheet opened in the name of the petitioner.

2. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side), takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation will be considered in the next meeting scheduled to be held in December' 2023. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law in the next meeting scheduled in the Month of December' 2023.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No cost.
