ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day,upon perusing the grounds of the Petition and the Material papers in this case, upon hearing the arguments of MR. B.MAHENDRARAJAN,Advocte on behalf of the Petitioner, and of MR. K.Sanjai Gandhi, Government Advocate for the Respondents, this Court made the following order: " In continuation to the earlier order passed by this Court vide dated 02.12.2024 the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur Town had submitted a report dated 02.01.2025. From the report it is seen that a case has been registered against the petitioner by the Thanjavur South Police Station in Crime No. 966 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 3(1), 4(1),5(1)(a) ITP Act, Thanjavur Tamil University Police Station in Crime No.

821 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 3(1), 4(1),5 (1)(a) ITP Act and Thanjavur Medical College Police Station in Crime No.120 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 3(1), 4(1),5(1)(a) ITP Act. The petitioner is having similar nature of previous cases. The petitioner normally targets youth students and girls, takes a house for rent near colleges and university and exploits the poor girls lured them into prostitution. Hence for that purpose the petitioner was called for enquiry .
