The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 54 days in filing the second appeal, challenging the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.23 of 2017 dated 07.11.2022 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Sivakasi, confirming the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.67 of 2006 dated 13.04.2017 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sivakasi.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 7 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 8 to 10.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that they are not having any objections to condone the delay.
4. Considering the reasons assigned and also the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.
Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
