This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I Kodaikanal, to dispose the original 1/4

suit in O.S.No. 95 of 2018 on the file of the Learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kodaikanal within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. In a suit for permanent injunction which has been filed in the year 2018, trial had been taken and P.W.1 was in the box, the matter had been adjourned repeatedly without concluding the trial and hence there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I Kodaikanal, to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
