ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second Respondent to provide necessary Police Protection for the life and limb of the Petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2023 sent to the first and second Respondents herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, this petitioner and the counter parties have appeared. The private parties have given a statement that they will not make any trouble to the petitioner. That statement was also accepted by the petitioner. Based upon the statement, the representation of the petitioner was closed.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that repeatedly the private respondents are making trouble whenever he propose to make construction in the building.

4. If any trouble is created by the private respondents, the petitioner shall approach the second respondent and make a representation for relief.

5. Since the representation of the petitioner was already closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
