When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit in pursuance of the order passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu, a case in Crime No.977 of 2023 was registered against the seven persons for the offences under Sections 147, 352 and 498(A) of IPC.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
