2. The petitioner wants to sell the property. It appears that there is a rival claim from Waqf. In such circumstances, unless No Objection Certificate is issued by the first respondent, the document cannot be registered. The petitioner has already given representation dated 08.09.2025, in this regard.

3. It is stated that the writ petitioner had submitted an application only to the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to forward the same to the first respondent along with his note. The first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass final order on the petitioner's application within a period of eight 2/4
