ORDER

Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2. It is seen from the records that this Court, by order dated 02.12.2024, had directed the Trial Court to complete the trial proceedings in C.C.No.53 of 2023 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The said time limit has been extended further by earlier orders of this Court.

3. Now, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kodaikanal has sent a letter https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

through the learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul dated 06.10.2025, requesting for further extension of time by three months to dispose of the case.
