2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukkottai, and it was taken cognizance also.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this matter has become infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if he is aggrieved over the contents of the the above said Final Report.

4. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
