Mr.M.RAMU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioners in the order dated 07.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19129 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19129 of 2024 on 07.11.2024, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied the conditions for nearly 19 days.

4.
