... Respondents 2 to 11/Respondents 1 to 10 Prayer in C.M.P.(MD).No.323 of 2025 : Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 151 of Civil Procedure Code, to grant leave to the petitioner to file the present review petition as against the order passed in C.M.A.(MD).No. 1174 of 2022 dated 28.10.2024.

Prayer in REV.APLC(MD)SR.No.88083 of 2024 : Review Application filed under Order 47 Rule 1 and 2 read with Section 114 of Civil Procedure Code, to review the order dated 28.10.2024 made in C.M.A.(MD).No.1174 of 2022 on the file of this Court.

For Petitioner : Mr.C.M.Mari Chelliah Prabhu For R-9 : Mr.G.Saravanakumar For R-10 : Mr.N.Ramesh Arumugam Government Advocate For R-11 : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

The petitioner seeks leave to file review petition on the ground that the property, which was directed to be sold by this Court by fixing Rs.4 crores as base price, belongs to the review petitioner; and that the review petitioner was 2/5

not provided with an opportunity as contemplated under the provisions of the TNPID Act.

2. It is seen from the order passed in C.M.A.(MD).No.1174 of 2022 dated 28.10.2024, which is sought to be reviewed, that this Court had only reiterated the earlier order passed by this Court and had only fixed the base price as Rs.4 crores. Therefore, this Court finds no reason to review the order. However, if the order, by which the petitioner's property is sought to be sold, is modified, it is needless to say that the directions issued by this Court fixing the base price would lose its efficacy.

3. With the above observations, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Consequently, REV.APLC(MD)SR.No.88083 of 2024 stands rejected.
