JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The present Writ Appeal has been instituted against the order dated 09.11.2023 passed in W.P.(MD)No.24967 of 2023. 2.The 1st respondent tweeted the photograph of the temple renovation work, which was in progress and posted another tweet on 27.09.2023. Since the tweet caused disreputation to the temple, the Trust Board as well as the Executive Officer have initiated disciplinary proceedings against the 1st respondent, who is the poojari and he was placed under suspension. The 1st respondent instituted the Writ proceedings challenging the order of suspension dated 23.09.2023.

Before the Writ Court, the 1st respondent filed an affidavit of apology repenting for the wrong tweet recorded by him and the said apology affidavit was accepted by the Writ Court and consequently, a direction was issued to revoke the suspension order. The said order is under challenge before us.

Judge passed in W.P.(MD)No.24967 of 2023, dated 09.11.2023, by revoking the order of suspension.

5.With the above directions, this Writ Appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
