Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application under Section 63(a) of the Hindu Religious and Chartiable Endowments Act before the authority concerned. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application under Section 63(a) of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act before the authority concerned. If such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and orders shall be passed in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
