Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent nos. 1 to 3 to implement the order passed by the 2nd respondent through his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.18/12/N dated 16.03.2017 taking into account of the petitioner online request dated 25.09.2023 for issuance patta in the name of the petitioner and also his sisters name 01. Aruna Devi, 02. Vinitha Rani and 03. Ramesh Kannan for their property in survey number 172/1 situated at Perungudi Village, Thirupparankundram Taluk, Madurai District as per sale deed dated 04.05.2000 existing in the name of their deceased mother Santhanalakshmi in document no 3751/2000.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. Issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with. 2/4

2.The petitioner has sought too many prayers. It appears that the petitioner wants patta to be issued in his favour. The petitioner has also given representation in this regard. The third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3.This writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
