Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 1st respondent appointing the 3rd respondent as enquiry officer vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.288/2022-2023 A.1(1) dated 19.05.2025 and the consequential enquiry notice issued by the 3rd respondent dated 08.09.2025 and further Direct the 1st respondent to appoint any independent enquiry officer in connection with the Charge Memo issued by him vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.186/2024-25/A.1 dated 29.03.2025 as per the circular issued by the Registrar of Co-operative Societies vide his proceedings in Rc.No. 50594/2016/SF3 dated 19.08.2016.
