ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 494 days in representing the Second Appeal in SA(MD)SR No.33785 of 2024 before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and I have perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Ms.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondent and has not raised any objection to allow this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, and also considering the duration of delay, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on payment of cost. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of the District Siddha Medical Officer, 2/4
