Prayer :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to 1st respondent in his impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.no.28911/Q1/2018-9 dated 12.10.2023 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to take appropriate steps to release the Vaigai Water to the three taluks namely Muthukulathur Taluk, Kamuthy Taluk, Kadaladi Taluk in Ramanathapuram District and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice. ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M.Muniasamy , Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.P.Thilak Kumar Government Pleader for the respondents, this Court made the following order: "This writ petition is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned.'

2. Upon hearing the counsel for the petitioner, we are of the view that no further clarification is required in this matter. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed in this writ petition, it is for him to file a review application."
