ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry in connection with the civil dispute by considering the 1st petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 to 3 would submit that based the complaint given by the 4th respondent, they called the petitioners for enquiry, but they have not appeared and thereafter, the 3rd respondent registered a case in Crime No. 761 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024. However, they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged by the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent would submit that the petitioner had impersonated and committed serious offences. Therefore, he lodged a complaint before the 3rd respondent. 2/4
