This petition is filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent police to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.09.2013 and proceed further with the investigation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 13.09.2013, an F.I.R. has already been registered on 17.11.2013 in Crime No.125 of 2013, for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, on the file of the first respondent police.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), I am of the view that there is no need for any further adjudication.
