ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the case in R.L.T.O.P.No.31 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Rent Court Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the revision petitioner, the petitioner is the owner of the land and building comprised in plot No.C-55, Thillai Nagar Main Road, 4th Cross, Thillai Nagar, Trichy. The respondent is a tenant of the premises having an area of 450 sq ft. In the meantime, the lease expired on 31.07.2017. Thereafter, the respondent has been holding over. He further submits that all the efforts made by the petitioner to vacate the suit property have gone in vain. Hence, he filed R.L.T.O.P.No.31 of 2023 and the same is pending very long time. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the 2/5

respondent.

4. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned Rent Court Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli, to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the learned Rent Court Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli to dispose of the case in R.L.T.O.P.No.31 of 2023 pending on his file, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
