ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.86 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

2.Today there is no representation for the petitioner. The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.86 of 2022, which was registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C.. The grievance of the petitioner as per the petition is that though the case was registered in the year 2022 under Section 174 of Cr.P.C., so far no progress is made in this case. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that charge sheet has been filed before the Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Madurai. Hence, the matter become infructuous. 4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the Special Court to process the above said final report as per the stipulated rules.

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
