O R D E R

This is an application for direction to the third respondent police to register a case based on the complaint dated 01.07.2013 given by the petitioner herein.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the police have conducted enquiry and closed the same on 16.12.2014. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
