Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.SENTHILKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for surrender before the Judicial Magistrate Court (FTC), Pattukkottai, in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.13487 of 2023 in Crl.R.C(MD).No.1048 of 2023, dated 20.09.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is allowed and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the suspension of sentence granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
