O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that final report has been filed on 10.01.2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madurai through efiling.

2. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madurai to act upon the police report in Crime No. 586 of 2016 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

3. With the above observations and directions, this Contempt Petition is disposed of.
