O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner-trust dated 02.09.2024 and to provide adequate police protection at the time of fencing the property of the petitioner-trust.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that there is a land dispute between the petitioner-trust and one Karuppian, and hence the petitioner-trust's representation dated 02.09.2024 was rejected.

3. This Court is of the view that the respondent police had rightly rejected the representation of the petitioner-trust as they have been given instructions not to interfere with such a dispute. Therefore, this Writ Page No. 2 of 4

Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the civil court seeking appropriate remedy. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous Petition is closed.
