ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by the third respondent.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure of his complaint, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
