ORDER

The petitioner, who is an accused in C.C.No.1170 of 2025, prays for a direction to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, to accept the petitioner's surrender application and consider his warrant recall 1/4

petition on the same day on merits.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner had obtained anticipatory bail and he has not received any summons and that he came to know that the warrant has been issued to appear on 03.07.2025.

3. Considering the request of the petitioner, who undertakes to surrender before the concerned Court, the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, shall consider the petitioner's warrant recall petition on his appearance, on the same day on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
