ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the 1/3

respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 1998, in Crime No.307 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 25.09.2023, considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

3.Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court finds that there is no change in circumstances and he is not entitled for any discretionary relief from this Court. Hence, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Court and seek regular bail.
