ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner is a purchaser of the petition mentioned land. Sale deed dated 18.08.2025 was executed in his name by his vendors Narayasamy and Manjula. The said vendors in turn had purchased a number of items including the present item vide sale deed dated 11.09.2020. It was registered as Document No.1247 of 2020. In the vendors' title document, four boundary description is absent. The fact remains that the petitioner has purchased only an agricultural land. The petitioner undertakes before this Court that he will not develop the property unless the land in question is regularised as a plot by the competent authority.

3.Recording the said undertaking, the impugned refusal check slip is quashed. The petitioner is permitted to re-present the document. 2/4

It shall be registered and released subject to the fulfilment of the other usual formalities.
