ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.2 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1487 of 2025, dated 04.09.2025, by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Karur, to the petitioner sign from the Keeranur respondent Police to the Manapparai Police Station.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. Considering the nature of offence, the condition No.(b) imposed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Karur, in Crl.M.P.No.1487 of 2025, dated 04.09.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. (S S Y J) vsg 23.09.2025 2/4
