ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to reimburse the GST amount of Rs.33,93,688/- towards the civil works executed during the period 2017-18, by considering the representation and records dated 01.07.2024 to the petitioner forthwith.

2.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.07.2024 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
