O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.563 of 2023, dated 20/10/2023, on the file of the second respondent and to file a final report within time framed stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police registered FIR in Crime No.563 of 2023 and that the investigation is almost completed. Hence, he seeks five months time to complete the investigation and file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.563 of 2023 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of five months from 2/4

the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
