ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the application of the petitioner dated 14.08.2024 had been rejected by the respondent.

2. In view that the order had already been passed in the application of the petitioner, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication and accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order, if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
