O R D E R

On the ground that patta in respect of the land in survey No.122/15 was erroneously issued in the name of a dead person, after submitting an appeal seeking cancellation of such patta, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. On instructions, he submits that notice has been issued and an inquiry has been fixed on 08.10.2025.

3. In view of the above submissions of learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to conduct an inquiry and issue a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of 2/4

this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to all parties concerned. No costs.
