ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai to complete the trial in C.C. No.830 of 2020 within the time stipulated by this Court. 1/4
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is seen that petitioner is arrayed as A3 in C.C. No.820 of 2020 facing trial for the offences under Sections 392,34 of IPC and the case is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai. Due to the pendency of the case the petitioner is suffering physically and mentally. Further it is seen that in this case charges have been framed on 21.09.2022 but still the case is pending from the year 2022 without any progress.
4. Considering the pendency of the case and also the nature of the offences there shall be direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai to complete the trial in C.C.No.830 of 2020 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
