O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to file the final report in Crime No. 207 of 2022 on the file of the 3rd respondent police within a stipulated time fixed by this Court

2. According to the petitioner, she is the defacto complainant in this case and based on her complaint, F.I.R in Crime No.207 of 2022 has been registered for the offence under Section 420 of IPC. Thereafter, no proper investigation has been conducted and so far not filed any final report. Hence, she has filed this petition.

3. The Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already they completed the investigation and now the case is pending for filing of the final report before the concerned Magistrate Court. They will file the final report within one month.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and also recording the above said submission of the Government Advocate, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to file the final report within a period of one month from the date of this Order.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
