respondent Police, for the offences under Sections 351(3) and 296 of BNS in Crime No. not known of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions from the respondent Police, submitted that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.800 of 2024, dated 21.11.2024, against this petitioner.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry and if any prima facie case is made out against this petitioner, register the F.I.R or close the petition enquiry within a period of two weeks from today and report before this Court on 16.12.2024.
