Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner has carried out certain contractual works for the respondent local body. Since the bill amount has not been paid, the present writ petition came to be filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader informs the Court that the bill amount payable to the petitioner will be paid within a period of four months. The said submission is recorded. The third respondent is directed to settle the bill amount to the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is allowed on these terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
