Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR Proceedings in Crime No.85 of 2023 on the file of 1st respondent, dated 26.07.2023 and to quash the same as illegal.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.85 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent Police Station.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.85 of 2023, a final report has been filed, which has been taken on file in C.C.No.71 of 2024 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchuzhi, Virudhunagar District.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
