ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners /Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) IPC @ Section 294(b), 324, 307, 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.480 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 07.11.2023, considering the grievous injury sustained by the injured. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that on the date of occurrence, the petitioners were not in the scene of crime. 3.Considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioners, this Court finds that there is no change in circumstances. They are not entitled for any discretionary relief from this Court. Hence, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the concerned Court and seek regular bail. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
