ORDER

This Criminal Original Petitions has been filed to quash impugned FIR in Crime No.195 of 2024, dated 09.08.2024 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, in C.C.No.574 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
