O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry with regard to the complaint given by the third respondent based on his representation dated 23.09.2023.

2.It is submitted that the third respondent made a complaint against the petitioner relating to the business transaction between them. In the said complaint both parties not co-operated for enquiry. Hence, the petition enquiry has been closed.

3.Further on reading the complaint shows that it is money dispute between the parties. The Investigating Officer also recorded his finding as the dispute regarding the parties are money dispute. Hence, the petition enquiry is closed.

4.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner in this issue in future. 2/4

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
