The petitioner herein is the complainant in S.C.No.110 of 2005 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Thiruchirappalli. This petition has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the proceedings, dated 13.08.2013.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the case in S.C.No.110 of 2005 is disposed of and thereafter, an appeal has been preferred and subsequently, the same has been dismissed.

3. The submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is recorded. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
