This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.171 of 2023 pending on the file of the first respondent police, insofar as the petitioner is concerned. 2.

Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the first respondent and submits that the investigation has already been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli, and the same is taken on file by the learned Magistrate in C.C.No.1505 of 2023 on 28.12.2023.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if he is having any grounds.
