Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.HENRI TIPHAGNE, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 29.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18753 of 2024. 1/3

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the conditions imposed by this Court has been complied by the petitioner for a period of 8 days only.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is staying at Chennai and therefore, he is not in a position to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18753 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
