ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the second respondent not to harass him and his family members in the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that in this case enquiry was conducted and closed on 29.11.2024.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is open to the defacto complainant to proceed further, if he is aggrieved over the closure report.
